      Good co-workers and office space.

      Low Growth. Too unstructured. C-suite and their employee handling is like 1/10. No boundaries for personal and professional hours. So yeah. Thing for caution.

      Good Hikes, for up to 1-7 YoE, we usually get 15-70% of hikes based on performance, experience, compensation ranges Work wise, our leaders are very ambitious
