      Pros

      Solution is innovative , team is very experienced. Every engineer is hand picked and has a distinctive career accomplishments in their own domain. Product is well liked and stands out from legacy VPN offerings. Executive team has a specific vision and a current problem they want to solve and is not like lets try this try that and see what works... Team is small, everyone respects each other and works towards a collective goal.

      Cons

      None so far - management is very transparent with employees.

      1) Amazing technology coupled with a real opportunity to work on changing the landscape of end user connectivity and experience. 2) Fantastic culture of a) collaboration b) transparency and c) pushing the boundary of what is possible with small teams that have big dreams.

      Cons

      While not necessarily a con for folks who want to make a difference - The team is relatively small where the company expects more than 100% from each and every team member.
