Culture sucks, the CEO and CPO will treat you different based on your location,
if you are a US employee your manager/senior will listen to you and treat you with great respect and meet your demands but if you are from india/pakistan where most of their tech, support and some sales team are you will get bashed and disrespected for very small mistakes and the CEO makes sure of it.
You are essential a robot expected to be available always when needed, you are expected to make sure to log complete 8 hours of time on clockify, if they see missing hours they make sure to fill them and assign you to multiple project since this is a service company you will essentially be in multiple projects they promise dedicated engineers to their clients but of course that never happens you will be pulled from every angle.
One last thing the entire marketing teams getting work from home indefinitely and are not required to work from home will the rest are must to come to office or else you are penalized some selective engineers also get away with it don't know why, the culture isn't consistent and favoritism is there.
Their are heavily short handed in terms of engineers for given projects always bringing in contractors. which always results in full time engineers working more.
