      WFH luxury, competitive pay and thats it

      Cons

      dont get fooled by the key people that you will talk to at this company before getting onboarded. unprofessional and really bad attitude of them once started with the company. make this company the very last resort to work for, or better yet dont even consider wasting time and energy here.

      Pros

      Work from home model, decent base pay, only a handful of partners so that you're not overwhelmed trying to learn all of the offerings. Management does not micro-manage.

      Cons

      This company has a 100% turn over rate on their sales force and does not have a very solid relationships with their vendor partners. You will likely never hit quota or earn commissions. The company does not have processes or systems in place to enable their staff to do their jobs effectively. Emails and calls go unanswered when you are seeking advice or help. Weeks will go by with little to no communication. They do not have any idea of what state employment laws are and if you choose to leave the company, they will find a way to try to keep your final pay and PTO. HQ is run out of one of the owners basements in VA. There seems to be a serious lack of ethics and the owners seem to have their own agenda which goes against their employees success.
