I'll be really honest with you, this is a great place to work they respect your opinions and always take criticism seriously and improve themselves. Here are a few props that I have observed during my stay @Cloudify - The CEO of the company is very friendly. He is always open to new ideas and respects your decisions and suggestions even if you are a fresher. - They respect your personal time and never ask you to work after office hours. - Never during my stay for 2+ years I was asked to work on weekends. - They adopt new technology and this opens up room for you to learn leading-edge tech while performing your job. - It was permanent WFH when I was working here and they were planning to arrange a co-working space. - Average age of the company is very young so you will enjoy working here if you are seeking growth while also facing healthy competition. - Salary offered here is as per the industry standards.

Cons

With all the positive sides of this company, there are some negative sides too. But I trust them and speaking from the past track record they might have already fixed these issues as well. - They only focus on getting into different areas with finished products with lacking security and optimization. - They assure that you can learn something very complicated like Azure in just a few days and deliver a production-grade application. - Developers here are often not given weightage while deciding a deadline. - Threat of PIP is constant even if you have performed at your highest level for several months in the past.
