Some really good things here, but mostly just bad.

Pros

The office space building has a café called "Simply Elegant". They are open from 8 to 2:30. I would recommend it. Good prices and food.

Cons

Leadership is manipulative and patronizing. Destructive culture. Lots of ego maniacs. Even though its a startup, the company moves at the pace of a fortune 500. Bare bones perks and benefits.

Salary on par with industry. Stock options. Benefits are a bit light - common to many startups. Cool product with much potential.

Cons

Company Direction: Cool product, but sales management is a bit schizophrenically on chasing one-off implementations rather than figuring out how to position the platform itself within the market as a whole. I believe that due to a history in software sales, management and sales team have a tendency to cripple deals due to lack of understanding. Fire and forget is not an effective strategy for hardware sales. Benefits: 401k investment options are abysmal - funds with poor performance records and high fees. No index funds. Health/Dental/Vision options are mediocre for remote employees. Slightly better selection for VA-based employees.

Cloudistics was a great learning experience but for all of the wrong reasons

Pros

They have a great coffee machine. So if you are passionate about coffee and care less about happiness, success or the monetary means to achieve either of those then this is a great place to get coffee.

No career progression Awful commission structure Poor benefits package Heavily micromanaged Management is a mess
