      - you can always be sure that your voice will be heard - you will be compensated accurately to the level of effort you dedicate to your work (sky is the limit) - lack of corporate structure, you can always speak to anyone even from the top regarding anything

      - you have to remember that not every company's process change raised/suggested can be incorporated within 1 day; it has be to properly assessed first
