      Pros

      A fully remote company, we have lots of autonomy and work/life balance. As long as we're meeting our goals no one is looking over our shoulder. Because of the fast-paced, startup environment, there's opportunity to fill in gaps, take on more responsibility, and move up quickly if you seize the opportunity. Most importantly, we get paid what we're worth. Leadership conducts yearly salary reviews to make sure we are up to market standard for our work.

      Cons

      If you are the type of person that likes lots of structure, Cloudticity is not the company for you. Many of the things we do in our roles, we do for the very first time.
