Worst management I have seen in my life time

The Sales team has no boundaries and dictates the estimation of a project. When is time to deliver the project the Architect in charge will struggle because what was sold is impossible to achieve. They have actually no idea of what they are selling and like to promise a lot even though have no idea of what is actually feasible with their proposed budget. Project Managers have no idea about the deliverables and are often not doing their job and leaving it to the Consultants. The company often schedules social events in which you have to bring your own food, they do not provide incentives, benefits, bonuses or vouchers. Some employees have a huge EGO and often bully others but nothing is actually done.
