Pros

The only pro is working with other more experienced devs if they're still there .

Cons

Upper management lies constantly about deadlines and upcoming opportunities. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place. The CEO constantly changes requirements, does not follow any sort of development process, and will keep saying the company is "only 3 months away from completion." The equity offered is worthless because most people leave after 5 months of little to no pay after they realize the CEO is consistently lying. The development team consists of mostly boot camp graduates who don't know better and were suckered into the pitch of a company on the brink of success. I too got suckered, but now I know there are people like this out there. The company is constantly hiring because the turn around is so high.

Pros

Whoever they hired to recruit did a great job brining in a great team.

Cons

THERE IS NO PAY! Stocks options are a joke and not real. Everything of of Francis the "CEO's" mouth is a lie. He will always say you will be paid in three months. "Investors" he brings in are his friends. He claims to call you a consultant but expects full time work. Even asks for a time card. CEO is a hinderance on everything. Company has been up for five years and no product or money.

Clout is a scam - Updated review

Pros

Nice people to work with, who also got suckered into wasting time here with no pay. Just don't waste your precious time here, friends don't let friends work at Clout.

Cons

CEO has been in startup mode since about 2011 and is still stuck working out of his rental home in Hollywood. Clue number one that this is a scam. Always new faces at this place, clue number two that this is a scam. CEO has no way to prove he has received investments and when you ask how it is going with that... he never has any progress on that front (But that is the "main" thing he is doing... yea right). Please show some transparency in this companies transactions/history about who has provided "investment" and where that money went so the employees can verify if its true. You will never get a straight answer on this, just watch him wiggle and squirm his way around this topic. He will give you the fmk 2-step shuffle dance when you talk anything about this.
