      4 work days 10 hour shifts and 3 days off.

      low pay cold Managers are horrible the point system is horrible literlly for inmates.

      There are some very good, supportive people in management who truly care.

      Cons

      Senior management and owners view everyone, including plant managers are pawns on a chess board. You may work 16 hrs a day for a salesman that oversells your capacity fixing his mistakes and ZERO F's are given nor any appreciation of efforts.
