1. The employee were nice and friendly, but this is a not a good place to work and the management is dis-functional. 2. It’s a less than 30 people company. Clovity fakes about 200-500. 3. Be ready to work day and night 4. Asking for a vacation is a nightmare. They ask for your backup - they will not provide any resource though 5. They want you to take calls and work from home if you are on leave 6. Hire - get the work done and then - fire is the Moto of Clovity 7. No transparency from Management about up-coming projects. 8. Projects are signed without having the skills within the limited no. of resources they have in India office 9. .Net Developer asked to work on Node.JS, Front end Developer asked to work on Backend(you are told to do it or leave the company) 10. Employees are forced to like share and comment on linkedin posts made by marketing team 11. All the reviews made above and beyond are fake, made my management. management emails their employees to post and provide 5 stars. 12. Don’t even dream to get promoted or hike or bonus 13. Random requests for morning shift and evening shift. If you say no they will use that against you in future 14. Old Company name was Eveeear and now clovity. If employees start posting honest reviews they will have to change the company name once again.

 3. No future plan, no company vision
 4. No training and learning. You will learn how to waste your time
 5. No cabs and meals. You have to beg for re-embursement 
 6. No insurance, PF, Bonus etc 
 7. For every thing they have a excuse they are startup so cant afford now. First name of company was Eveear, now Clovity and future who knows. 
 8. Whole management is narrow minded and do not initiate new things
 9. Office location is in some Faridabad Village. Not at all safe for girls. isolated, no any good facility there. 
 10. If you do argument with onsite senior management- You will be fired soon
 11. No comp off provided for working on weekends 
 12. No culture and value
 13. No manager on offshore. Clients are fooled. One person acts as A for Client 1, B for Client 2 and C for Client 3.
