-The team is amazing, many previous coworkers have become good friends. -You can see the positive impact you make on your clients that can also become friends. -There is opportunity to learn
Cons
-Leadership promises growth opportunities in return for good work, but in reality growth is merely permitted rather than facilitated -History of nepotism and alienation of top performers. -Leadership refuses to seek out or accept feedback from key stakeholders -Leadership has unitentionally created a toxic political culture and sewn distrust in the employee base, while celebrating a falsely positive culture. -Pay and growth opportunities are suppressed, leadership responds to requests for improvement as threats -A high performing employee was overheard being told "You're trying to take advantage of me" by leadership when they were asking for fair pay

Pros
Great team! Club Capital is an excellent place to cut your teeth and gain valuable experience in the industry. Remote work was optional during COVID. Employer offers retirement benefits and healthcare, along with commuter benefits if you do go into the office.
Cons
The staffing when I was employed wasn't sufficient for work/life balance.
