Severe lack of communication, mid level leaders have little to no “leading leaders” experience. Minimum of 50 hours a week with expectations to fix things without knowledge or support.

Terrible management people who are higher up than you think that they get to treat you like crap just because they have a higher position than you. You also get pretty bad hours.
