- you placement/school can change at any point - the BCBAs are GREAT! but literally can't help you/support you, aren't involved that much and are ultimately only there to supervise you for your 5%

I didn’t feel like some staff was approachable and being freshly hired with getting use to payroll they want to hound you down being new with threatening with infractions. Does bare minimum of support and not many other benefits. Another company would give a company card for snacks, drinks type of purchases monthly as an incentive. What I agreed to do for work, did not feel like it would be honored once I started working. Must accommodate the school and it isn’t what I signed up for, can see why retention in these classes are low.
