The office is gross always dirty and smelly, there is a brown recluse infestation in one wing, It's has a very oppressive feel, backstabbing and overworking employees is commonplace. Zero communication! Be ready to work in silos that war against each other! The spiders are not the only thing that is poisonous here.

Thank you for sharing your experience. With the acquisition, we did hear some of this information and decided to take action quickly. We have moved office locations where we built out a completely new space which includes a small market in the break room and even an onsite gym. We're communicating all company every quarter through town halls and more. Looking forward to what 2019 will hold for us.
The company has no strategic vision, constantly working against one another, no real support from anyone with true leadership skills, it is an extremely loud environment which makes it difficult to focus They try to hire 'experts from the industry' but since the leadership themselves are not experts they are constantly not attractive the right type of industry thought leadership, just someone who can speak the speak.
New office
On-site Gym
Good location
Nice kitchen and break area
Cons
No project/planning structure
Terrible work life balance (60-80 hr works weeks between Jan-Mar of 2019)
Promises of bonus/salary incentives for extra work with nothing delivered upon completion of the work.
Poor communication
Teams and employees are pitted against each other due to the above and management preys on this in order to meet their needs.
Verbal fighting (yelling/screaming) in office between a manager from one department and employee from another department.
Dishonesty from senior management to employees.
Management doesn't look at long term goals and benefits. Instead they prioritize low benefit/impact work that looks good on a PowerPoint to the CTO and board.
Culture is shifting more corporate
Team moral is very low and seems like many people have one foot out the door.

Thank you for your review. While we don’t enjoy this negative feedback it will help us make sure we’re keeping a pulse on our current employee base that they are happy with our culture. Luckily, based on our last employee engagement survey, we have received quite a few that feel based on the changes we’re making we’re on the right path and we think so too. We’re extremely focused on continuing to listen and take action on feedback from employees, but it does take time. We’re glad most of our employee understand this and are in rowing the boat with us.
Sometimes change is extremely difficult for people to manage and if it’s not fast enough for them, they leave. We’ve had this happen with a couple people recently. Check out the book –Who Moved My Cheese – it’s enlightening what you need to do to make sure everyone is being communicated with effectively and while we’re putting a lot of those communication efforts in place, everyone is different and responds differently. We’re excited about the path forward and are committed to success!
