Once was a great place to work

Pros

The people who have been there for years are amazing people to work with, at least those who are left. You can learn a lot working there since you'll be expected to wear many hats and are thrown into the fire very very very often.

Cons

Management is very quick to blame and punish, while taking away many perks we enjoyed, which in turn caused many good people to leave. The company had a mass exodus of 30-40 people within a year. They also don't seem to hesitate letting people go as well. The headline isn't a lie, it used to be listed as a Great Place to Work, but no longer has that distinction.

A paycheck every two weeks

Management seems to be replaced every 6 months, layoffs are common and a lot of “restructuring”. They cant seem to keep talent for more than a year.

Sub-par transparency and communication Management team performs witch hunts Once a technician becomes too expensive for them via tenure or qualifications, they chop them and hire new blood for min-wage
