      Working on a meaningful problem with dedicated users

      Cons

      They constantly hire new upper level people to take over and change the strategy every 4 months, they don’t care how management treats you, so long as that person talks a big game to them. Horrible working environment.

      - Still haven't figured out their business model (so not yet profitable) - Inexperienced people managers with no support given to train them - Leadership unable to prioritize goals, so everything is important

      Pros

      Loved working there. Too bad they already had to let go of 30+ employees twice in 13 months. There used to be flex Fridays, everyone Fridays off. Was amazing!!

      Cons

      There was no official statement of the mass-letting-go, coming from the employer. I hoped there would have been something there. Flex Friday got canceled very spontaneously. No additional benefits in return, except for an additional holiday day a year. Hmpf.
