      Pros

      100% Commission based role. 50% of all GP for top performers. A new "Tiered" plan (30%, 40%, 50%) was introduced in 2025. Great for a strong AE with an existing books of business.

      Cons

      Professional Services and Engineering support are difficult to engage or non existent. Reliant on 3rd party contractors for many technologies. New CRM has been challenging to quote and order from.
