Pros

· Catered lunch · A couple really cool people

Cons

Those Glassdoor reviews you see from early September are fake. They were all created by HR and upvoted so that they could hide the bad reviews. I also think it's funny how these reviews try to pretend like the only reason someone wouldn't want to work here is because it's "fast-paced". In reality, policies do change pretty fast, but the immoral thinking behind them never changes. This company has a real ethical problem and if you think of yourself as a moral person, I highly advise you look elsewhere. Unless you are on the Product or Engineering team, Clutter does not care about you, and you are expendable to them. In just the past few weeks, over 1/3 of the Sales and Care team have been fired from full-time positions. The company culture is actually terrifying. Don't bother applying unless you enjoy going to work each day wondering if you might get fired. You'll notice that many people haven't been there for longer than a few months, because the turnover rate is incredibly high here. And when it comes to our product, instead of taking responsibility for their incomplete proprietary software, Clutter blames the customer for any inefficiencies that the company causes. They're intentionally secretive about hidden fees, billing records, and things that just don't need to be secretive. That's not how a company thrives in 2018. Companies that succeed today are built on trust and honesty. I really wanted to like this company. I thought it had a great idea and potential. But the longer I stayed there, the more I realized Clutter just doesn't give a damn about their customers. You can see proof of this in their Facebook and Yelp reviews. Imagine doing Customer Support for those situations without the resources to fix them. Not fun.

Pros

Catered food daily, casual dress

Cons

Too much favoritism going on, therefore, work culture is cancerous. Need completely new management staff that is willing to be supportive rather than dismissive, superficial, and vindictive.

Pros

There are no reasons to work for this company, unless you enjoy things like PETA videos, the sound of nails on a chalkboard, self-mutilation or bamboo shoots under your nails. Please, care about your self worth and stay as far away as you can from this "Con-pay" . Be especially aware of the ring leader of this circus. Evil intentions.

Cons

Everything. They try to entice you with free lunches. Umm, ding, ding. Free lunches are code word for "work through lunch". Well done.
