Pros
Best benefits I've been able to find. 6% 401k match, $1300 HSA contribution per year for families on high deductible plan, dental, vision, extra insurance options available, free life insurance, very family friendly including parties for families and you're able to take time off whenever you want. Average PTO and friendly work environment.
Cons
Bonuses are fairly small along with pay raises each year. It's not a company that you'll get rich in but it's a company that really takes care of you in every other aspect.
