      Lots of passion but lacks strategy and capability to transform

      Pros

      Passionate people, good heritage, great office space, central location. So much potential and such an amazing story to start a company in Scotland and essentialy create the sector.

      Cons

      Very poor business awareness. No clear strategy and decision making has never been delegated from the CEO. Limited business process applied and constant change in direction with no plan. If you toe the line you'll do great. If you disagree (however politely) with management you will not do well. No one else is as clever as the CEO no matter how much experience they have.

      Pros

      Offers good experience and acts as a springboard for working in the space sector.

      Cons

      Aim of the company tending towards 'data as a service' rather than 'build for project' which takes enjoyment away from being in the space industry.

      Pros

      Very innovative. Good work culture. Majority of the people are great and very helpful. Great out of hours culture.

      Cons

      Several bands of people who grouped together were poisonous. Can be long hours. Extremely fast paced and tight deadlines. If you get a poor salary increase and don't challenge it. You won't get anything.
