      Cons

      Alot of office politics and micromanagement. Some managers (eg: estimation) run around like they are the owners and lack leadership qualities. Low compensation, longer hours (70+) and poor WLB.

      The cultural values of your company can be shared on social media and the organisation’s website to reinforce your brand. Although culture should be apparent throughout the company, making it even more apparent can’t hurt – especially when reflected in the company’s actions

      Cons

      If your organisation’s culture is truly ingrained in your employees’ mentality, they may value similar working styles, including their approach to receiving criticism.

      Great opportunity for those looking to start in the construction field, especially if you are in college for civil construction.

      Cons

      Low compensation and benefits compared to market value and that is true across the board for all positions. There is a lot of micro-managing that takes place. Other companies view the company negatively. Overworked for a salaried position with hours reaching well into the 70s.
