Pros

Great place to work in its early years. Smaller teams and enough room to experiment on new ideas/projects

Cons

Founder shows clear favoritism to a handful of employees and everyone else gets pretty much ignored. Meagre pay, poor benefits package and lack of advancement opportunities. Attrition has been very high over the last 24 months - At least 25 staff have resigned during this period.

Pan-African team with really engaging projects.

Cons

Practice leads should take responsibility and ownership of their team's well-being by stepping up and becoming better leaders themselves. It is unacceptable for them to use HR as an excuse to avoid doing what is right for their team members. Hiding behind HR not only reflects poorly on your leadership abilities but also undermines your team's trust and respect for you.
