There are no Pros in this company, simply you will get an unsatisfied experience that's it.
Cons
In terms of working culture completely the worst and you will not learn any new skills in this company. Management is completely narrow-minded. They will take 2 years of bond from you and they will ask you to submit your education certificates also and they will make you tortured throughout 2 years, they will treat you like you are their slave.
