Pros

Pros is that you are working in the fancy coworking

Cons

I realized within one week of joining the company that it lacks a work-life balance policy. The CEO frequently humiliates employees by cracking inappropriate jokes. Moreover, although the CEO insists on immediate employee onboarding, the leave policy includes increasing the notice period arbitrarily when employees decide to leave the company. It seems that there is a lack of comprehensive employee policies in general, with only a single policy in place, which is poorly implemented. Furthermore, the company shows a lack of concern for recognizing and rewarding hardworking employees. He will not give sat off to the employees because he thinks the employee will do freelance work , and see his two faces that he is calling an ex employee on sat to work as a freelancer. There is one incident that happened at the time of diwali the owner Atul Gupta said he will give every employee a jacket as he has not given the diwali bonus to their employees on the occasion of diwali but that jacket has not come yet.

Pros

So here are some pros; 1. They praise your efforts, no doubt. (if you are doing all the duties without say any word) 2. I can't remember pros anymore.

Cons

Let's start with the cons, and there are many important ones to share: 1. One significant issue with this company is the way they handle exit formalities. Employees who leave the company often face problems getting their Full and Final settlement and relieving letter. On top of that, the management indulges in backbiting and spreads negativity among existing employees. 2. The company introduces policies that are useless and convenient for them, with no proper management in place. 3. My Full and Final settlement is still pending, and to make matters worse, they are threatening me to pay three months' notice period amount, which was never discussed. 4. The company does not welcome new employees or do anything to make them feel valued. 5. There is a severe lack of attention paid to employee issues and benefits policies. 6. Employees are not even allowed to take a half-day leave, and even a one-day leave requires explanation to the management. and the cons going on.....

-Co Founder Eve Teases Female Employees in the Disguise of Fun and Jokes -Business Model is not Sustainable and needed in the market -Targets are always unrealistic so that the employee always feel discouraged in not being to achieve them -Leave Policy is Harsh on employees -They Don't disclose the job description clearly at the time of Hiring -Highest Attrition Rate of any startup
