Pros
* There is a method of work to fit everyone.
* It's not a terribly large company, and you'll get to know all of your coworkers
(which is why I can't list my job title, because they will know who this is)
* You're provided unparalleled support for your work. I can ask my superiors for assistance and always receive prompt and careful guidance to make me a better employee
* The Communication between the grunt and CEO / President is unmatched; it's one of the first places where I feel I could air a grievance, and it would be received well and translated across the company if need be.
* The Benefits package is well suited to fit a variety of situations, and the HR department is motivated to help you as a person... and not just an employee.
* The working environment is fresh and open, and it allows me to go into my own space and do my job without distractions or detractions.
* The technology I am afforded to do my job is cutting edge, and for once, it's not a hindrance to do my job. I'm not limited by terrible internet or a computer from 1987, and the IT department is just incredible with the support they provide to the office. This is near to me because 100% of my work is on a computer.
Cons
* I don't know where I am going, which is fine... I'm happy where I am. There just isn't a roadmap to what comes next, and it feels like I'll be in this position forever.
