Really confusing to figure out exactly how each department works together to achieve the overall goal(s) of the company, lack of direction, Head departments bullying employees, hard to get time-cards approved for some project managers.
Lots of politics, managers protecting friends.
Depending on which department you're in, opportunities for training and/or advancement may be possible, or may be non-existent.
