      Money hungry, does not care about any employee, at all!

      A false sense of job security.

      Cons

      The list is so long, here is the top five: lies to employees daily, safety hazards everywhere, two faced and backstabbing, poor management and awful ten year trying to rule the roost.

      Typical contract manufacturing company in Arizona. With all the problems of a small privately held company.

      Good workers beware!

      Pros

      It’s an ESOP company. They’ll match your 401k contributions.

      Cons

      Giving management positions to people who don’t know how to lead a team properly. They allowed management to favor the least productive employees and treat the good workers like trash. They even had someone in management that had a history of SHing women from previous jobs and he was getting away with it while he was employed there. Thank goodness someone finally had the backbone to go report him to HR and one of the higher ups. He was fired a few days later, but the people who replaced him weren’t that great either. If you’re a hard worker and take pride in your work, stay away from this company!
