Want to work without a safety net? You're on your own. Sometimes that is fun and exciting and you grow fast.

Cons

See above. Don't expect a lot of help. Most people are doing the jobs of two or three people. Burnout is high.

Pros

The HR dept was kind. The safety manager was trying to do her job all of the time. But many times management overruled her and therefore took short cuts that would create safety concerns.

Cons

They would work you do death. Management was unfriendly and not concerned about employees. Making money is there number one concern. I have heard management yelling at customers and telling them that the problems they were having were the customers fault. Rigid, uncaring, toxic managers. Left when I could. Unhealthy.
