Pros

Amazing products and potential within the industry to grow much larger. Flexibility in scheduling (which also is a fault for how they manage it though).

Cons

No sense for scalability, modern technology, team work, business sense or budgeting. Contractors (course leaders) take full advantage of the poor accounting and scheduling which leads them to have the philosophy of "making easy money." For what they talk about in their books and courses, seems to some how be blocked from within their company. Practice what you preach...

Pros

Free coach training that is best in the business, small company, a good amount of transparency, staff is friendly, fun and supportive. The training is the best I've seen or experienced. It brings leaders and coaches to a whole new level. The contracted coaches that deliver the training are some of the most qualified and amazing individuals I have ever had the opportunity to worked with.

Cons

Very low pay, no benefits( they are offered, but are expensive for the employee and in my research no cheaper than purchasing on your own), outdated software, high expectation for results, although no resources are provided to make those results possible. Sales processes are years behind other companies. Promotions are given based on personality rather than qualifications, which has stunted growth and proper direction for the company. A genuine lack of good communication and understanding, with no support system set up by upper management. No room for growth. It's a job, not a career.

Disappointed.

Pros

The Coach Training courses they offer are great.

Cons

There is no employee development plan in place. Tagline "changing business, transforming lives," applies to the outside world, not at the work place. Not walking their talk.
