Great product/engineering team, great benefits, great culture and intelligent, hardworking coworkers. They have a good handle on their market and pay particularly good attention to the needs of their users, which makes designing the product more fun.

Cons

Nothing much to say here, Coalesce is a well-rounded company.

There is a lot of incredibly positive momentum at Coalesce. The product is fantastic. The people are incredible. And the energy and interest from the data transformation market for Coalesce make it very clear the company is a great position.

If you you've never worked at a start-up / scale up, know that you may need to wear a couple different hats.
