      Pros

      It seems to me that Coassemble has made an effort to bring in people who really love what they do and care about everything they put out. I have worked with some of the most talented people that make me want to do my job better. There is a lot of collaboration so if we get a few wins, then everyone celebrates and thats really a culture that I love being a part of. Our CEO always tells us "People" is what makes this company grow and be successful and you truly believe it. They have made it a priority to take care of the people with offering flexible work hours so people can enjoy a work/life balance. I have truly valued that as an employee.

      Cons

      A company like this, its constantly changing. Processes, projects, and procedures are constantly changing so sometimes you feel that we are only reactive not proactive. We are still learning and constantly trying to make processes better but it may take some time.
