Nice people but not the best work environment

Pros

The supervisors are really nice and they try their best to listen and accommodate to the employees needs.

Cons

The salary is definitely not as competitive as other composite companies, which is why a lot of people are leaving. Expect to work 12 hours a day and up to 70+ hours a week (including weekends). It gets very cliquey and there was some petty drama that reminded me of high school. Sometimes, employees take advantage of the supervisors.

A variety of jobs kept things from getting boring and there are some very talented workers there.

Work had slowed down and hours were reduced. Not sure about now
