The position has a great hourly wage, even better if you already have healthcare.
Cons
Worst place I have ever worked. Managers and higher ups treat every single employee as if you are expendable because frankly you are. Top performers are no exception and workplace violence is openly tolerated. You get ten minute breaks and if you take a minute over you're likely to find yourself written up for poor conduct or terminated. I left the company voluntarily and took a position elsewhere due to the toxic culture and unethical business practices. Nepitism runs rampant and unless you are related to the owner you are unlikely to move up in the organization. You find out changes after they happen will consistently change the bonus plan if you are doing well to ensure you make less.
