The people are sharp, collaborative, and actually care about doing great work. This is a place where you're building something that real businesses depend on every day. The pace is fast, the ambition is high, and the product roadmap is legitimately innovative.
Cons
Like any fast-growing startup, things change fast. If you need structure and predictability in every corner of your work, this might not be the environment for you. But if you're comfortable with some ambiguity and want the upside that comes with it, that's less a con and more just the deal.
