The turnover is high as employees are considered expendable. Training is minimal if given at all (depends on the position) and is not consistent within each department. While Coastal responded that they have fixed the issue of turnover, it has not. Management has a tendency to over promise and under deliver to employees and clients, thereby creating stressful situations fo those involved.
Wow, this person could not have been more accurate about stabilizing the company. We have since not only stabilized the company, but set a new standard within the company. We now ensure people are not there for a job, but to have a career and evolve throughout the company. I am happy to report the company has never been performing so well.
