Pros

Salary is credited timely. Nothing else could be counted as pros.

Cons

This is the most dissappointing company I've worked with. Politics is present in the cultural fabric of the organisation. Managers here are the most disrespectful, inhuman, misogynist, irrational, insensitive, unskilled and illogical people I have ever come across in my life. - They pay you extremely low compared to the market standards. - They make you work 7 days. Even when company is 5 days working. - Very high work pressure with no appreciation, recognition or even acknowledgement for the work. - managers are Extremely insecured that they might be 'asked to leave' at any point of time, so they make their subordinates life hell - the managers won't let employees eat the entire day, make them sit in their cabin while they go for lunch. Will ask employees to 'burn midnight oil'. Barbarism is what they believe in. - ill treatment, shouting, yelling, screaming, using abusive words is the general culture and completely acceptable norm in this organization. They are still living in an era where they look down at female employees. - the male manager will openly tell female employees uncomfortable n impolite things like 1. 'hope you are not planning to go for maternity leave for at least 3 years' 2. 'give me the phone number of your husband and your father-in-law. I want to speak to them and understand why you want to resign' 3. 'do not touch your phone during office hours, I should never see you opening whatsapp during office hours' - They have 90 days notice period and the organization wouldn't reduce it at any cost even if you tell HR about how much you are suffering.

Pros

Team members at ground level globally work together as well as possible to deliver in spite of challenging conditions. Pay and work life balance was good.

Cons

Current board and senior management have poor understanding of technology/software development and the positive impact it can have on the business resulting in under investment and woeful decision making in these areas. Strangely they appear reluctant to delegate decision making and empower staff lower down the organisational structure who have a better understanding of these areas. Previous focus on short term goals and use of contractors has resulted in considerable technical debt across the digital and technology function.
