Pros

Variety of paid vacation days

Cons

Paid time is earned but you get penalized if you use it, they preach that you need to work hard and be positive yet most people go in and get away with doing nothing while others are pushed beyond their limits, there is no compensation for achievement other than 3% raise annually.

Pros

Pros? Nobody cares if you actually do your job?

Cons

Unless you are male or sleeping with your supervisor, don't expect raises or advancement opportunities. The whole place is a cesspool of adultry and STD's. No more employee incentives, no more bonus checks.

Pros

Can’t think of any right now

Cons

Was a good company prior to the Malibu buyout. After the buyout you became just another number regardless of the experience you might have had.
