      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      Management talks to you at Friday bars where they fill your head with all sorts of fantasies. So you feel good about your job for a minute or two until they crush all your hopes and dreams.

      Cons

      Cobiro expects you to work like a robot and you need to agree with the management and do their dirty work, otherwise, you are done. Oh and after you are gone from the company the management might end up with coming up with all sorts of false accusations to sue you. Definitely great for one's mental health!

We understand that it is no fun to have an employment contract terminated and especially in a period of such uncertainty as we currently experience during Covid-19. It is never fun to say goodbye to colleagues whether they resign themselves or we terminate the employment.       Incompetent and disrespectful management

      Nice office location with a terrace

      Cons

      After more than a year at Cobiro, I can say I have never worked for such a bad company. In all starts-ups there are ups and downs, but here it has only been downs. There is no strategy, and despite a lot of talents in each department, a terrible management has managed to waste all their energies and motivations. If I could vote 0 star I would.

      Fast and furious

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, international environment. Hair cuts and massage. Good snacks, good vegan options.

      Cons

      Tasks change quickly, communication from management bad. Sometimes management gets angry at something and writes out angry messages on slack to everyone. It is never managements fault or bad communication but lazy developers. Developers were called divas behind their back to other departments (again from management). Management is not very good at leading, some mention some have their position because they are friends with the CEO. So career development or focus on skill development is not good in development. A lot of people are fired.
