      Pros

      Sales earn you commissions, which are pretty high. They offer a base pay too so you don't have to stress every single week about not taking money home. They pay for us to travel so I have gotten to go on a few business trips. The team is really fun and the work is rewarding. I can't believe how much I've learned in my short time here

      Cons

      This isn't a job that you can just "clock in and clock out" at. You have to be really PRESENT in order to do well.

      Honestly I can’t really think of any. I’ve loved working here so far and wish I would’ve found this company sooner.

      Awesome atmosphere with cool bonuses that keep work fun! Upbeat environment with office culture being important to management. My favorite part is how fast someone can grow within a short period of time.

      Cons

      You are required to work weekends, which is something that is not a problem to me but might be to others.
