      Great, young team with strong technical focus

      Pros

      - small but growing team, opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility - if you're into NLP, lots to learn from founders and fellow employees - fun people and good culture

      Cons

      - when I was there, tech stack seemed to have some problems with legacy / bloat but as far as I am aware this was improved upon substantially - product / market fit was not fully there when I left, again from what I hear this also got a lot better

      Unfortunately no pros, as everything is just a facade.

      Unfortunately, many disadvantages these start with the founder of the company as well as the management.
