      Pros

      Many of the company employees came from Gerber when the company was sold with expectations of a private and vibrant company to be rejuvenated by doing all the right things that we couldn't do when a division. The experience is here.

      Cons

      None of the promised greatness has returned. We are still doing the same things we always did and expecting different results. (I'm not sure if that defines insanity or stupidity.) The industry landscape has changed significantly and management here has failed to recognize the opportunities that exist uniquely for the market position of Coburn.
