I worked at Coca-Cola Consolidated part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The managers were extremely competent even when being spread thin. Their expectations were very clear and they were always willing to help you understand the tasks at hand. Great pay for an entry level position. Plus, who doesn't love cheap Coca-Cola products.

    Cons

In my first two weeks, I worked close to 105 hours. This may be a pro to some, but I was exhausted by the nature of the hours. In my position, you could only leave once all of the physical and technological work was complete for the day. This resulted in me leaving some days by 8PM, other days by 2:30AM.

I worked at Coca-Cola Consolidated full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent benefits, care about the community, decent pay without a degree requirement and paid a minimum daily rate

    Cons

they over work you hard. 10 hour shifts 6 days in a row minimum and often more because they didn't hire enough people for their areas. Also, for overtime, they'd cut your pay rate every hour of overtime you worked and pay you barely or below minimum wage for overtime hours. Upper management was slow/refused to allow more positions for additional merchandisers to re-balance work loads or help during busy weeks even though they were breaking volume and sales records for the area.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Consolidated full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is good and benefits are ok.

    Cons

If you are looking for a job to grow within the company this is not the company for you. If upper leadership dont know you are your family personally you will never get promoted. The training is horrible and favoritism is shown on a constant basis. They change things on a regular and dont properly train the associates.
