Pros
If you like a laid back atmosphere, working amongst true friends, and an ethical leadership base, this is one of the best places to find it.
Cons
In some areas, management has a stronger inclination to hire based on race rather than aptitude, but these areas are few and far between. It changes the working environment significantly, as the expectations are different for some than others, and it is difficult to respect leadership that speaks "slang". Again, few and far between. Simply an observation.
