No doubt, your'e working alongside the best in the business. The exposure is like no other. Promising plans for the future(no surprises there). Grads from reputed b-schools highly valued. Pre MBA point of view: 2-4 years and you may be moved around, giving you a well rounded workex to show.

Cons

Work culture not standardised. You might find yourself in a unit with a bunch of old timers. In that case, leave your brains at home and just do what you're told. You'll be asked for your opinion but then thats what it will remain, an opinion. Pre MBA: limited growth. Your designation takes precedence over anything else, very disheartening.
