Enjoyed dealing with Humana members and supervisors were easy to work with.

Pay continued to decrease over the two and half years I worked with company. Everytime that I got close to what I wanted to make there would be a change in pay rate or frequency you could see members. This was not completely Cocares fault but they offered no incentives. Sometimes getting a straight answer out of management was very difficult.
