Sadly, so many cons. Their values are all product focused. Any people-forward policies are nuanced into oblivion until they mean the exact opposite. The only way to make them hold to their policies is to publicly address it which puts a target on your back. I have zero trust for leadership and would never want to be in any type of management or leadership position at this company as it would require too much moral compromise. The leadership team is drastically short on leadership qualities and the management styles trickle down pervasively. Anyone who stood up to leadership has given up and left and now only those who will stay quiet and fall in line are still around.
