      Bad Management

      Pros

      They allow time off when needed without fuss. Most of the employee's are experts in their field. Most of the employee's are great people you build friendships on. The employee's are the best asset of the Company.

      Cons

      Management has no structure. Too much favoritism makes for bad morale. Big lack of Communication, Mission, and Goal by Management. No unity between management and staff. Everyone is out for themselves.

      Great idea - poor execution

      Pros

      Great team spirit, some very knowledgeable and interesting people, central location in Los Angeles (not too far South of Pico!) free cereal and snacks. Good battery and BMS technology

      Cons

      Poor business model, relying on investment capital to keep company going, lack of understanding of automotive engineering. Using a outmoded Chinese built glider.

      Mixed feelings

      Pros

      Flexible work hours for people with families or employees. Young and fun environment, great for making friends since everyone is around the same age group. Great pay for entry level employees if you are good at negotiations.

      Cons

      HR does not follow basic CA employment laws and they're unprofessional. Most of the inappropriate rumors/gossip stem from them directly, rated R gossip.
