Leadership is generally accessible and open to ideas, and the recent Recharge acquisition has opened up interesting scope for those willing to take on ambiguity.
Cons
Growth has outpaced process in some areas, so cross-team ownership (e.g. between product, engineering, and operations) isn't always clearly defined, which can slow things down. Post-acquisition integration work adds extra ambiguity in the short term.
